I was made to feel very welcome and all of the instructors I’ve met so far have been very kind, and were happy to show me a different exercise during a class when there was one I couldn’t do. There are a great variety of classes at different times so I’ve been able to find multiple things that I can take part in, even around my work schedule and in the evenings.

Great venue - amazing, inviting space with excellent facilities. Kiera is an inspiration - enthusiastic, friendly, supportive and so encouraging. There is always an adaptation for an exercise if needed. I have been doing Pilates (great fun - thanks Kelly) and strengthening/weights as well as circuits with Kiera - all brilliant.
