Our Activity Hub is more than just fitness - it’s a community. From group classes to fun events, we bring people together. Our space is also available to hire for children’s parties, meetings and occasions!

FITNESS CLASSES

We offer a diverse range of classes suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our offerings include high-energy sessions like Piloxing, Circuits, and Zumba, as well as mindful practices such as Yoga, Barre Pilates, and Qi Gong and much more!

Whatever your goals, MissionFIIT Activity Hub is here to support you with personalised training sessions designed to help you progress. Led by Kiera, a qualified personal trainer, Zumba instructor, and nutrition advisor, our one-on-one, duo, and online sessions are tailored to your needs.

I was very impressed with the space at MissionFiit…I ran a workshop there on 1st August…the space was clean and airy, plenty of sockets and kitchen facilities. Kiera is kind and helpful and a great PT….happy to be working with her and looking forward to running future workshops there

I started attending MissionFIIT recently. I had never attended a fitness class before so I was slightly nervous about what to expect. I was made to feel very welcome and all of the instructors I’ve met so far have been very kind, and were happy to show me a different exercise during a class when there was one I couldn’t do. There are a great variety of classes at different times so I’ve been able to find multiple things that I can take part in, even around my work schedule and in the evenings.
I would highly recommend to anybody thinking about joining!

Great venue - amazing, inviting space with excellent facilities. Kiera is an inspiration - enthusiastic, friendly, supportive and so encouraging. There is always an adaptation for an exercise if needed. I have been doing Pilates (great fun - thanks Kelly) and strengthening/weights as well as circuits with Kiera - all brilliant. Good music as well. This new activity hub is just what I always wanted - so many different classes. I would definitely recommend the sessions here. Thanks for all.
