From high-energy workouts like Piloxing, Circuits, and Zumba to mindful movement sessions such as Yoga, Pilates, and Qi Gong, there's something for all abilities and interests.

Our expert instructors are here to guide and support you, ensuring a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment. Plus, with prices starting from just £3 or memberships from as little as £1.20 per day, staying active has never been more accessible!

ABS BLAST

Our Abs Blast fitness class is a focused workout designed to strengthen and tone your core, obliques, and lower back as well as improving your balance and stability.

LOWER BODY CONDITIONING

UPPER BODY CONDITIONING

Our Upper Body Blast class focuses on strengthening and toning the muscles in the shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, back and core.

These classes use a combination of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and/or resistance bands to build strength, endurance, and muscle definition in the upper body.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance class including various styles of dance such as Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Mambo, and a range of others, along with some fun international music.

It’s a high-energy, full-body workout that helps improve cardiovascular health, coordination, and overall fitness while keeping movement fun and engaging.

With easy-to-follow routines and uplifting beats, Zumba is suitable for all fitness levels, making it a great way to stay active, burn calories, and boost your mood.

Zumba Gold is a lower intensity version of Zumba.

It helps to improve balance, range of motion, flexibility, mobility and coordination whilst keeping fit and having fun!

It is a Latin based aerobics dance class including a range of different dance styles along to upbeat music.

It is just as fun, just not as fast!

45-30-20 CHALLENGE

Three rounds of 10 exercises, of varying muscle groups. This consists of bursts of 45 seconds, 30 seconds and ends with a 20 second round. This class can be easily tailored increase or decreasing difficulty being suitable for all.

CHAIR PILATES

Chair Pilates is a modified version of Pilates that uses a chair for support and stability. It's a full-body workout that can help improve strength, mobility, and flexibility.

PILATES

This Pilates class is a variation of traditional mat Pilates that performs exercises while standing. It combines strength training, repetitive movements and helps optimise your posture.

Our Piloxing class is a full-body workout that combines boxing, Pilates, and dance moves. It's a cardio-fusion class that's designed to burn calories, build muscle, and improve flexibility.

BODY CONDITIONING

Here's a class that's designed to deliver all-round benefits, from head to toe. This whole-body workout combines cardio exercises to boost fitness levels with focused resistance training to help you trim down and tone up.

You don't have to be a fitness fanatic to take part, every exercise can be adapted to your level. This is a complimentary workout to all fitness goals, conditioning your body for all exercise-types and sports.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Wouldn't it be great if you could just click your fingers and 'hey presto!' - you've the leaner legs, toned tummy and the pert bum you've always dreamed about. Unfortunately, nothing's ever that easy, but this class is a great place to start!

Get ready to squat, lunge, crunch and lift as you burn some calories and tone the key areas of your lower body.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Find your zen in our rebalance class as we dim the lights, put on some chilled beats, slow things down and breathe. Move through a range of dynamic stretches to improve mobility, flexibility and mental focus.

Pilates is a type of conditioning exercise that unites body, breath and mind. Performing controlled movements that work every muscle group with particular attention to the muscles that stabilise our joints.

QIGONG

Qigong works with the breath, movement, connection and awareness. It is a journey of cultivating lightness, it relaxes you by helping release stress in the body and focuses you by being in the present moment.

Our classes are fun and vibrant and will be exploring different ways we can use the practise to promote a deep sense of overall wellbeing. After class, you are guaranteed to feel refreshed, inspired and ready to meet life with joy.

FAQ

  • No membership is required! We offer flexible options: drop-in classes, class bundles among memberships for unlimited access. Pick what works best for you.


  • Book online through our app called gymcatch—super easy! Register an account, find and follow MissionFIIT Activity Hub and you can book any class you like. Spots are limited, so we recommend reserving at least 24 hours ahead. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s space.

  • Pricing varies by option. Drop-ins are typically £8-£10 per class, class bundles are £72 (buy 9 get 1 free) and unlimited memberships start at £42.

  • Wear comfy workout clothes and trainers  (unless it’s Pilates, where barefoot works). Bring a water bottle and you can also bring your own mat but mats are provided.

  • Our instructors adapt the classes to suit you, whether you have an injury or or any other issues. The difficulty rating is also on the description. The stick men show how difficult the classes are. It is your workout so you can go at your own pace

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. If you’re running late, it’s not a problem, just join in when you can. If you cancel 12 hours before we will credit your account. If you cancel after that no refund will be issued.

  • Plenty of free parking on the industrial estate. Just make sure you park sensibly where HGV’s can drive through

  • Kids 14+ can join regular classes with an adult (paying the drop-in rate).
