A lot of thought and hard work has gone into this very well-designed space, which is light and airy. There's something to suit everyone. I enjoy Zumba Gold, Hoop Aerobics and Seated Pilates. Kiera and the other instructors are very friendly and make exercise fun.

I have been doing Personal Training with Kiera for 3 years now and it is amazing. I am disabled and she tailors the programme to suit me and makes sure that everything is within my capabilities. If I am not feeling up to much on a certain day, she will amend the activities so I can do as much as I am able to. My friends have noticed how much my balance has improved.
I have also recently started trying Chair Pilates at the MissionFiit hub. It is very enjoyable and Claire is a very good teacher, making the exercises fun and interesting.
