Do I need to be a member to come to classes?
No membership is required! We offer flexible options: drop-in classes, class bundles among memberships for unlimited access. Pick what works best for you.
How do I book a Class?
Book online through our app, GymCatch—super easy! Register an account, find and follow MissionFIIT Activity Hub, and you can book any class you like. Spots are limited, so we recommend reserving at least 24 hours ahead. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies by option. Drop-ins are typically £8-£10 per class, class bundles are £72 (buy 9 get 1 free) and memberships start at £32.
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfy workout clothes and trainers (unless it’s Pilates, where barefoot works). Bring a water bottle and you can also bring your own mat but mats are provided.
How difficult are the classes for beginners?
Our instructors adapt the classes to suit you, whether you have an injury or or any other issues. The difficulty rating is also on the description. The stick men show how difficult the classes are. It is your workout so you can go at your own pace
What if I'm late or need to cancel?
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. If you’re running late, it’s not a problem, just join in when you can. If you cancel 12 hours before we will credit your account. If you cancel after that no refund will be issued.
Is there free parking?
Plenty of free parking on the industrial estate. Just make sure you park sensibly where HGV’s can drive through
Can children join in the class?
Kids 14+ can join regular classes with an adult (paying the drop-in rate).
Can I bring my child (to wait)
Yes you can, we have a coffee area with a console and some comfy chairs. We do ask for minimum disruption to the session.

Kiera has been providing personal training sessions for me for a year now. Since starting with her programme I’ve found my improved strength and fitness has enhanced my enjoyment of skiing hiking and high alpine trekking. This last week I’ve been playing in the Dolomites managing treks 6-10mls over 2-3000m. I would not have even completed some of these trails before

The hall was clean and tidy and the underfloor heating was very much appreciated... We had a wonderful time.

I started attending MissionFIIT recently. I had never attended a fitness class before so I was slightly nervous about what to expect. I was made to feel very welcome and all of the instructors I’ve met so far have been very kind, and were happy to show me a different exercise during a class when there was one I couldn’t do. There are a great variety of classes at different times so I’ve been able to find multiple things that I can take part in, even around my work schedule and in the evenings.
I would highly recommend to anybody thinking about joining!

Great venue - amazing, inviting space with excellent facilities. Kiera is an inspiration - enthusiastic, friendly, supportive and so encouraging. There is always an adaptation for an exercise if needed. I have been doing Pilates (great fun - thanks Kelly) and strengthening/weights as well as circuits with Kiera - all brilliant. Good music as well. This new activity hub is just what I always wanted - so many different classes. I would definitely recommend the sessions here. Thanks for all.

I've tried gyms before but always gave up. The Legs, Bums & Tums classes at MissionFIIT are different—they are tough but Kiera makes them so much fun. I've noticed a real difference in my toning after just a month. Highly recommend!

I had never tried Piloxing before, but now I'm hooked! It's the perfect mix of boxing power and Pilates control. The time flies by, and you leave feeling amazing. Great to have such unique fitness classes right here in Hailsham.

The Tao Yin Yoga is my weekly reset. It’s wonderful to find a class that focuses on balance and mental wellbeing as well as fitness. I always walk out feeling calmer and more flexible.
