What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is one-on-one fitness coaching completely tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. At MissionFIT Activity Hub in Hailsham, our Personal Training sessions are led by Kiera—a fully qualified personal trainer, Zumba instructor, and nutrition advisor with a BA Honours in Dance and years of experience in gymnastics, strength training, and adventure pursuits. Whether you want to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, or train for a specific event (like hiking or skiing), every session is designed just for you. We offer 1-to-1, duo (bring a friend), and online options, with flexible programs from quick 2–4 session kickstarters to 8- or 12-week transformations.
